David Reis,
candidate for State Representative
in the 108th dist recently visited
the Richland County Senior Citizens
Center to talk about the Illinois
Prescription Drug Buying Club. For a
twenty-five dollar fee any Illinois
resident who is over the age of 65,
or has a disability, can enroll to
qualify for discounted prescription
drugs. Personal income level is
not used to determine
eligibility. Anyone wanting an
application may contact the Olney
Center, by calling the Illinois
Department of Aging at
